Write for Agentive AI Agents
We publish practical, first-hand guides about AI agents, automation and AI tools. If you build or use these systems in real work, we would like to hear your idea. These guidelines explain what we accept and how we keep our content useful and trustworthy.
Who we are looking for
Practitioners: engineers, data and ML specialists, marketers, SEO specialists and founders who have used AI agents or AI tools in real projects. You write under your real name, with a profile we can check, such as LinkedIn, GitHub or your company page.
What we publish
- Building, testing and debugging AI agents, including what went wrong and how you fixed it.
- Agent frameworks, tool calling, retrieval (RAG) and evaluation, explained with real examples.
- AI automation workflows with measured results: time saved, costs, error rates.
- AI search: how answer engines such as Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity cite sources, and how to measure it.
- Honest tool comparisons based on your own testing, including the limits of each tool.
Editorial standards
- Original and unpublished. The article must not appear anywhere else, in full or in part, and must not be a rewritten version of existing content.
- First-hand experience. Show your own work: screenshots, numbers, code, prompts and the things that did not work.
- Sourced claims. Link a primary source for every statistic or factual claim, with the date it was checked.
- Clear writing. Plain English, short paragraphs, no keyword stuffing and no exaggerated claims.
- AI use. You may use AI tools for research or editing, but you write the article, check every claim, and tell us how you used AI.
- Editing. Our editors check facts and edit for clarity. You approve the final version. We may update an article later to keep it accurate, or remove it if it becomes outdated.
Sponsored articles
We publish a limited number of sponsored articles. Sponsored articles follow Google’s guidelines on paid links and disclosure:
- Same editorial standards. A sponsored article must be original, accurate and useful to our readers, and must pass the same editorial review as any other article. We decline topics that do not fit this site.
- Clearly labelled. Every sponsored article carries a “Sponsored” note at the top, so readers know a partner paid for it.
- Sponsored links. Every link to the sponsor or any other commercial website in a sponsored article is marked
rel="sponsored", as Google requires for paid links. We do not sell links that pass ranking credit (“dofollow” links). - No paid links in existing articles. We do not add paid links to articles that are already published.
- Our opinion is not for sale. Sponsors cannot pay for a positive review, and our editors can edit, decline or later update any sponsored article.
To ask about a sponsored article, email info@agentiveaiagents.com with the subject line “Sponsored article”.
Links in contributed articles
Every link must help the reader. Our editors may change or remove any link. You may link to your own website or profile from your author bio. If you have a commercial relationship with a product or company you mention, such as employment, investment or an affiliate deal, you must tell us, and we will add a disclosure and mark those links as sponsored.
What we do not accept
- Content about gambling, adult topics, drugs, weapons, hacking, payday loans or get-rich-quick schemes, or anything else that breaks Google’s publisher policies.
- Press releases, advertorials or product promotions written as articles.
- Content that has been published elsewhere, spun, or generated by AI without real expertise and checking.
- Requests for “dofollow” paid links, link exchanges, or paid links in existing articles.
How to pitch
Email info@agentiveaiagents.com with the subject line “Pitch: your topic”. Please include:
- Your proposed title and a 3 to 5 point outline.
- The first-hand experience the article will draw on.
- Links to two pieces you have written before.
- A two-line bio and your public profile.
Please send a pitch, not a finished article. If the idea is a good fit for our readers, we reply with next steps. You can learn more about us or read our latest guides to see the kind of articles we publish.
